Filodivino is dedicated to the organic production of the two main Marche varieties: Verdicchio and Lacrima. To these are added small plots of experimentation with international vines.
The work in the vineyard aims to build a natural balance of soil and plants with the help of green manure, natural preparations based on algae and propolis and a careful observation of what the vineyard and the vintage require of us.
In the cellar, under the guidance of the oenologist Luca D’Attoma, the search for an original and pure interpretation of the territory of San Marcello (AN) continues with fermentation and aging experiments in terracotta amphorae, cement, conical vats and barrels of old and new oak, as well as steel tanks.
